Natalia Genewska
Founder & Owner
Natalia began her career in real estate over 20 years ago, working for some of the biggest firms on the Costa del Sol, until finally setting up her own company, Solhouse Marbella in 2022. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Polish and has a rich tapestry of experiences and knowledge having lived in Poland, Canada, UK and Spain.
Born in Poland, raised and educated in Toronto, Canada, Natalia has a dual Polish-Canadian citizenship. She graduated with an honours degree in International Relations from the University of Toronto in 2001. While at university, Natalia gained her first experience selling real estate working on the weekends for top Toronto condominium developers. After a brief career in the financial industry working for the American company State Street, Natalia moved to Marbella in 2004 and found her true passion in Real Estate. Through her extensive market knowledge, great negotiating skills, understanding each client’s needs as well as honesty and discretion, Natalia has successfully completed dozens of transactions over the years.
Natalia specializes in luxury real estate and has built and maintained great working relationships with her clients, many of whom have bought multiple properties with her guidance.
In her free time, Natalia enjoys the amazing lifestyle Marbella has to offer like spending time on the beach, savouring top restaurants, hiking in the mountains with her dog, and skiing in Sierra Nevada. But her favourite past time is attending her son’s football matches and cheering him on at every game.
Karolina Radziwiłł
Real Estate Agent
Originally from Poland, Karolina discovered Marbella’s magic in 2021 and instantly knew it was the place she wanted to call home. Ambitious and hardworking, she is a young real estate agent who thrives on new challenges and is inspired by the city’s vibrant lifestyle.
Her academic journey — from cultural studies in Poland to a master’s degree in marketing at the University of West London — reflects her curiosity and love for growth. Beyond her education, Karolina’s passion for culture and the arts adds a creative dimension to her work in real estate.
For her, real estate is more than a profession — it’s a passion, a hobby, and a way of life. Whether reaching new professional milestones or exploring fresh adventures, Karolina brings energy, dedication, and heart into everything she does.
